What happens if I get charged V.A.T. on my purchase?
Simply pay the V.A.T., send us the receipt by recorded delivery and we will credit your account.
How quickly do you send goods out?
We are a small family business, so we can never be in the Amazon league. However we do aim to post out smaller items the same or next working day. Bulkier items might take a little longer as we prefer to make sure that products are well protected in transit.
How long does postage take?
We are based in Guernsey, so it may take an extra day or two above UK mainland postage time. Most customers get smaller items within three days on average. If you look at our eBay feedback lots of people comment on "quick delivery".
What is stock availabilty?
We constantly replace fast moving items but certain items can be end-of-line or discontinued, so again e-mail us to confirm availability.
What if my item doesn't fit?
Standard stock items will be exchanged or credited if returned in fully saleable condition with all labels & packing intact. You only pay return postage to us and the postage back to you. Regrettably special orders cannot normally be returned.
